THI BODY ROCK
30 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) class. Our creation of combining bursts of cardio and weight training to the rhythm of upbeat music. This class is taught jointly by Joe & Crissy. This way one instructor leads the class while the other can check your form, breakdown an exercise, or help modify an exercise. This class is changing bodies, rapidly.
Don't let the name "scare" you, let it push you. Boot Camp typically includes interval training, body weight exercises, natural movements and core exercises. Boot Camp runs in a 12-week cycle designed to advance & progress as a group; you can always jump in at anytime, or even just take by the class here and there. We also provide a private Facebook group as an additional avenue of support.
Currently, training sessions are done in groups. Nutrition advice and monitoring are included in your personal training package. Typically training sessions are strictly using added weight to perform exercises. We also provide a private Facebook group as an additional support system. One-on-one sessions may be available, contact Crissy via e-mail to discuss times.
DANCE TRANCE with ERIN
Dance Trance - Santa Rosa Beach offers a fun, cardio, dance fitness class. Workout routines are choreographed to all genres of music. Hip-Hop, Jazz, Top 40, Broadway, and other types of music keeps you on your toes. You’ll never get bored, as new routines are introduced often. Dance Trance Break-Down classes help students learn the choreography so you can “jam” in a full-on Dance Trance class. Dance Trance can only be found along the Emerald Coast at Thi Bod Fitness!
