Meet Crissy Thibodeau

“BELIEVE IN YOURSELF”

Crissy is a certified personal trainer. She and Joe moved to the Destin-area several years ago. At that time, Crissy began a Zumba class. Zumba attracted all kinds of people - fitness enthusiasts, dancers, “cardioaholics”, and people who either hated to exercise or had never exercised on a consistent basis. It brought together all walks of life, but amazingly enough - the ones with no fitness background really grew to love it. Not only was it a high energy experience, it was a support system, a social event, as well as an outlet for many. Thinking of joining us?
